Wells A. Faries Jr.
Owner/Funeral Director
Wells has been involved in funeral service all of his life. He has actively participated in the operation of the business since the age of 13. Wells graduated from Smyrna High School in 1973 and from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1974. He attended Delaware State College from 1975 to 1977 and became a licensed funeral director in 1977. He had been actively involved in the Smyrna-Clayton Little League for many years and is a 4th generation Past Master of Harmony Lodge #13 AF&AM, serving as Worshipful Master in 1995, Treasurer in 1998, and also formerly serving as assistant secretary.

Robert M. Timblin
Funeral Director
Robert M. Timblin is a 1987 graduate of Lake Forest High School, and a 1993 graduate of Wesley College in Dover, Delaware. Robert went on to work as a Chemist for the State of Delaware, Dept. of Natural Resources and Environmental Control from 1993 to 2004. Robert joined the funeral home in 2004 and graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2008. Robert has been a licensed funeral director since March of 2009. Since that time, he has been managing the day-to-day operations of the funeral home. Robert is married to his wife, Alison M. Timblin, who is the niece of Wells. Together they have two children, Camaryn and Carly, and reside in Clayton. Robert enjoys playing recreational sports, fishing, and working on restoring old cars.

Alison M. Timblin
Assistant
Alison M. Timblin joined the funeral home in July of 2010. She is the wife of Robert and the niece of Wells, making her addition to the funeral home truely a family run business. Alison graduated from Dover High School in 1992 and attended Wilmington College. Before joining the funeral home, Alison worked for several years in the banking and finance industry. Alison enjoys partaking in outdoor activities in her spare time with family.
