Daniel P. “Danny” Natarcola, Sr., age 41 of Smyrna, Delaware passed away suddenly on August 29, 2019.
He was born February 13, 1978 in Red Bank, New Jersey.
By trade, he was a Pipefitter and welder in which included working in the UA Local 74 Plumbers and Pipefitters and Apex Piping Systems. He was currently employed with Ralph G. Degli Obizzi & Sons, Inc.
He was involved in many local organizations with his children; Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner, a DWOA Referee, Smyrna Little Wrestlers, and was a proud supporter of all Smyrna wrestling programs. His biggest joy and passion was to watch and support his children in all their sports and activities. He was a proud Smyrna Eagle.
He is survived by his wife, Tiffany; children, Daniel Jr., Nicholas, Joseph, Angelina, and Olivia; step-children, Kaitlyn and Kyle; his parents, Paul and Mary (Hill) Natarcola; sisters, Kelly (Jeff) Everman and Mary K. Natarcola; eight nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Danny was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Donald and Marian Hill; paternal grandparents, Loretto Natarcola and Pauline Pasture.
A viewing will be held from 1 to 4pm on Saturday, September 7, 2019 in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 South Main Street in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 4pm. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family is seeking contributions to assist Danny’s family with his children’s educational expenses.
Arrangements are by Faries Funeral Home and Crematorium.
